The beach was very clean (i loved that). the water was clear too. staff were very helpful. They offered us a place to shower after checkout. the breakfast had a great variety.

quiet beachample equipmentprompt servicewell kept grounds
the hotel grounds were very well-kept. the beach was pristine and offered a quiet escape. the gym had ample equipment, including multiple treadmills and weights. i appreciated the prompt service when i requested extra towels (they arrived within minutes).
the walk to the main road felt a bit long at times, especially in the heat, though grab was easily accessible.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including made-to-order omelets. the portofino restaurant provided an excellent experience, especially with dishes prepared by chef stefano mori. iced coffee was offered during breakfast at no extra cost.

staff members always greeted me with smiles and were eager to help. i was offered a place to shower after checkout since my flight was later. the staff quickly addressed a minor issue with my door lock, and they provided a complimentary juice while i waited.

i found a bellman waiting right as my car touched the entrance. he offered valet parking, a sweet gesture. khun ta was professional, checkin become easy. the room she prepared was lovely, just like the birthday dream i whispered to her.
my room in the older wing felt a little too humid. i had to request a humidifier to chase away a slippery floor.
